Yoram is co-owner of D&C TV, his main activity is initiating and fulfilling international television and new-media ventures. D&C is one of the founders of the VOFree web-channel in Israel. As a television producer and director Yoram has been involved in many Israeli and international productions. Yoram has been a member in the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (the International Emmy) since 2007.

Udi has over 17 years of hands on experience on the technical and operational side of the television business in Israel. Graduating from The New York School of Visual Arts in Television and Cinema, and completing his Masters in Commercial Television at NYU. Before teaming with VOWeb, Udi worked with Sony (Israel) for 7 years as Marketing and Sales Manager. Later he joined Roll Communication as VP of operations.

Alexandra has graduated with honorary degree of International Business of Economics Affair from the Odessa National University. Alexandra is on charge of coordinating the VOweb project and Activities in the CIS territories. Combining her vast know how of the Russian content market with the Israeli modern software and hardware technologies she is managing our Moscow office dealing with the project of Rambler Kinozal.

Adv. Moshinsky is the Legal Adviser of VOWeb International. A member of the Israeli Bar since 1986 (and member in professional associations such as IFFTA, STEP, Israeli Advocates Labor Union). Apart of his day-to-day legal work, Adv. Moshinsky is a lecturer at the Azrieli School of Architecture, Tel Aviv University, teaching legal aspects of architecture and planning Adv. Moshinsky is highly experienced in the fields of TV & Media, practicing commercial and civil law, real estate and planning, labor law including litigation in all courts and instances.
