Yoram is co-owner of D&C TV, his main activity is initiating and fulfilling international television and new-media ventures. D&C is one of the founders of the VOFree web-channel in Israel. As a television producer and director Yoram has been involved in many Israeli and international productions. Yoram has been a member in the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (the International Emmy) since 2007.

Adv. Moshinsky is the Legal Adviser of VOWeb International. A member of the Israeli Bar since 1986 (and member in professional associations such as IFFTA, STEP, Israeli Advocates Labor Union). Apart of his day-to-day legal work, Adv. Moshinsky is a lecturer at the Azrieli School of Architecture, Tel Aviv University, teaching legal aspects of architecture and planning Adv. Moshinsky is highly experienced in the fields of TV & Media, practicing commercial and civil law, real estate and planning, labor law including litigation in all courts and instances.
